Findings: The facility failed to ensure staff support regarding resident needs. On or about early December 2019, an incident occurred where the Alleged Victim needed help with activities of daily living and due to short staffing, it took staff more than 45 minutes to answer the call light, causing the AV a loss of dignity. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
