Findings: On or about December 11, 2019, Witness 2 (W2) grabbed Alleged Victim's (AV) chest. W2 was known to display inappropriate behaviors by touching, hugging and asking for a kiss from other residents without permission. An investigation determined there was history of prior incidents between W2 and AV in which W2 touched AV inappropriately. The facility failed to appropriately care plan and put sufficient interventions in place for W2 to protect others from W2's inappropriate behavior which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP20-00362 $375.00 fine assessed
