Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim's (AV) medications were administered according to physician’s orders. Due to this failure, one of AV's medications was not administered at the correct dosage, causing a decrease in AV's ambulation ability and a second medication was not administered for approximately 8 days, causing AV's condition to worsen. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care resulting in financial exploitation which constitutes abuse.
