Findings: On or about the month of December 2019, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was seen taking items from residents on more than one occasion by residents' and staff. The AP2’s actions are considered financial abuse, which is a violation of residents rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect the Alleged Victim from financial abuse, which violates Oregon Administrative Rules.
