- Findings
- According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) repeatedly used profanity and was verbally abuse toward the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 admitted to arguing with AV and name calling and is responsible for verbal abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from emotional/verbal abuse after several reports were made. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
