Findings: According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) used profane language toward and in the presence of the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 admitted to using the language toward AV and his/her actions are considered verbal/emotional abuse. Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) received several verbal and written complaints regarding AP2's behavior and failed to protect AV from verbal/emotional abuse. AP3 admitted s/he should have acted on the reported information and that his/her inaction was wrong and is responsible for neglect of care, which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from verbal and emotional abuse, which is a considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
