Findings: The facility failed to provide medication to the Alleged Victim as ordered. He/she went without his/her medication for approximately 10 days. This issue arose due to the facility not pre-ordering the medication to be administered and then because there was not qualified staff available to administer the medication. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
