Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) had money go missing. An investigation determined that Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) wrongfully took $99, 250.00 from AV by writing fraudulent checks, $7,500.00 of which were written while AP2 was employed at the facility. AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV's property from theft. This failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
