Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance to manage his/her medications. AV has a scheduled inhaler to be taken twice daily for breathing issues. From approximately August 1, 2019 through August 19, 2019 and September 19, 2019 through September 26, 2019, AV did not receive hie/her inhaler medication. AV reported feeling anxious and worried due to not receiving his/her medication and has been hospitalized in the past due to breathing issues. The facility failed to administer AV's medications as order, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
