- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) requires the facility to manage his/her medications. January 13th, 16th, 23rd, and 28th, 2020, the facility did not administer AV's medications for treatment of epilepsy. Two of the occasions do not clearly have a reason for the missed medications and two the reason listed is distraction of the medication tech during the administration process. The facility failed provide a safe medication administration system putting AV at risk for serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
