Findings: On or about September 6, 2019, Witness 2 (W2) gave Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) $2000.00 in cash to reimburse AP2. AP2 advised he/she had undercharged W2 for Alleged Victim's (AV's) room, and AP2 paid for it with his/her own credit care. On or about December 21, 2019, AP2 drove W2 to the bank. W2 withdrew $5000.00 to pay back AP2 for AV's rent. AP2 had told W2, AV had a free month of rent, then AP2 changed his/her mind. AP2 told W2 he/she paid for AV with her/her own credit card. On or about January 21, 2020, W2 and AP2 drove separate cars to the bank. W2 withdrew $2500.00 from AV's account and gave it to AP2 for W6. All money given to AP2 was not used to AV's benefit. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
