Findings: On or about March 5, 2020, an investigation determined that Alleged Victim's (AV) last documented bath occurred on or around January 9, 2020. AV went without a bath for over two months. AV is care planned for daily assistance with bathing. As a result of AV not receiving his/her daily bath, AV developed a skin rash that required treatment. The facility failed to follow AV's care plan and failed to have interventions in place if AV refused to bath which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00302 $500.00 fine assessed
