- Findings
- The facility failed to provide appropriate oversight and monitoring according to the Alleged Victim's (AV) change of condition. The failures resulted in AV receiving delayed medical services for his/her fractured wrist, causing him/her prolonged unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
