Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) has an autoimmune disorder that requires administration of medications to regulate the disorder and to prevent systems crisis and failure. On or about March 5, 2020 through March 9, 2020, AV was not administered his/her medications causing AV to have a decline in health and his/her system go into crisis. AV was transported to the hospital for treatment. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP20-00600 $2500.00 fine assessed
