Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim's (AV) pain medication was available to administer as ordered. An investigation determined that AV's medication was not ordered timely resulting in AV missing nine (9) doses of pain medication over (three) 3 days which caused AV to experience an increase in pain. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
