Findings: On or about March 28, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) showed signs of aggressive behaviors and expressed suicidal thoughts to staff. AV was transported to the hospital for treatment. An investigation determined that AV made comments to staff of wanting to harm self several times in March 2020 prior to the incident. AV is care planned that any mention of suicidal ideation should be taken seriously and to call 911. The facility failed to follow AV's care plan which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-00500 $1125.00 fine assessed
