Findings: According to documentation, on multiple occasions the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was verbally abusive toward the Alleged Victim (AV) causing repeated unreasonable discomfort and loss of personal dignity. AP2's actions are considered verbal/emotional abuse. The facility failed to protect the AV from verbal/emotional abuse after it was reported on multiple occasions that AP2 was inappropriate toward AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
