Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for medication administration. On or about March 2, 2020, AV was discharged from the emergency room with a new medication order. The facility did not ensure the medication was on site and did not administer AV the medication which put AV at risk for serious harm. The facility failed to administer a medication as ordered, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
