- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) financially exploited Alleged Victim (AV) when AP2 wrongfully took $900.00 from AV and also accepted gifts from AV when AP2 was employed at the facility where AV was a resident at. AP2's actions are considered financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
