Findings: The facility failed to follow Alleged Victim's (AV) care plan regarding toileting. AV requires staff assistance every two (2) hours with toileting. An investigation determined that AV was left all night in his/her recliner during the night of May 24, 2020 and on the morning of May 25, 2020, AV was observed to be sitting in urine and was traumatized. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP20-01095 $250.00 fine assessed
