Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with his/her medications. Sometime in March 2020, AV's order for narcotic pain medication was discontinued. The facility failed to destroy the medications and it was administered approxemetly seven times after it should have been discontinued. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. **On August 11, 2020, the facility closed and therefore will not be issued a Civil Penalty.**
