Findings: Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to address Alleged Victim's (AV) care needs which resulted in AV suffering pain. On or about March 31, 2020, AV developed a prolapsed anus which caused AV pain and constipation. AP2 was aware that AV was in pain and failed to ensure all of AV's available PRN's were utilized and AP2 failed to ensure AV's pain was managed. AP2's action is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. Facility records show staff documented five times that AV's pain medication was not effective without following up with additional PRN pain medication or any other action. The facility was aware of AV's pain and failed to address AV's care needs which resulted in AV suffering pain. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
