Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system by failing to ensure Alleged Victim's (AV) Urine Sample was submitted timely to the lab for testing. The facility also failed to follow up with AV's doctor in a timely manner which resulted in AV not getting her/his antibiotics to treat his/her Urinary Tract Infection for nearly a month. The facility's failure placed AV at risk for potential harm which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
