Findings: On or about June 26, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) and Witness 1 (W1) had an altercation in which W1 pushed AV to the floor. W1 has a known history of wandering into other resident's rooms and having aggressive behaviors towards others. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV by failing to protect AV from W1's aggressive behaviors which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02040 $375.00 fine assessed
