Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's (AV) medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in AV going approximately one month without his/her medication and was transferred to the hospital creating a risk of serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP20-00632 $1500.00 fine assessed
