Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) had money go missing from his/her room. The money was taken by an unknown individual and this person is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV's property from theft by not having a secure place to store his/her valuables. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
