- Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with all aspects of medication administration. On or about July 29, 2020, AV did not receive nine (9) of his/her morning medication due to them not being ordered timely, putting AV at risk for serious harm. The facilities failure is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
