Findings: The facility failed to provide a safe Medication Administration System for Alleged Victim (AV) by failing to ensure that AV’s medical supplies were ordered which resulted in AV having to pay out of pocket for his/her catheter supplies. The facility's failure to ensure AV's medical supplies were available is a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
