- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with medication administration. On or about September 13, 2020, AV received less then his/her scheduled pain medication due to the facility not reordering his/her medications timely putting AV at risk for harm. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
