- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) requires facility assistance with medication administration. On or about September 18, 2020, the facility ran out of AV's narcotic pain medication due to the facility not re-ordering the medication. The medication was not resumed until September 25, 2020. The facility failed to administer a medication as order putting AV at risk for serious harm, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
