- An unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) financially abused Alleged Victim (AV) by wrongfully taking AV's wallet which caused AV the loss of his/her money, credit cards, and photo ID. AP2's actions is considered financial exploitation which is considered abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV which is a violation of Oregon Administrator Rules.
