Findings: On or about mid October, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) stated that Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, Unknown) took $500.00 from his/her dresser, and a couple days later stated that another #200.00 was taken. AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
