- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) requires assistance with toileting and uses his/her call light when he/she needs assistance. On a couple different occasions AV used his/her call light for assistance with toileting and waited for staff for approximately 27 minutes. AV had diarrhea all over his/her self causing AV pain and discomfort. The facility failed to answer a call light timely, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
