- Findings
- The facility failed to provide appropriate services to assist the Alleged Victim (AV) manage his/her pain following a fall resulting in a fracture. The failure resulted in experiencing unreasonable discomfort for more than three days prior to getting the appropriate medication orders, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
