Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) had a known history of skin break down. On or about October 19, 2020, a moisture lesion was observed on AV's buttocks. Staff had been seen using 2-3 absorbent products at the same time which would cause excessive moisture. On or about November 5, 2020, AV was observed to have skin break down on his/her right buttock. The facility failed to provide proper skin care, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-01970 $250.00 fine assessed
