- Findings
- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) applied Alleged Victim's (AV) medicated cream in an inappropriate sexual manner when AP2 inserted his/her finger into AV's private part which caused AV pain and discomfort. An investigation determined that AP2 performed a task on AV that is to be completed by a medication technician and not a staff of his/her job classification. AP2's action is considered sexual abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for AV which resulted in risk of serious harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
