Findings: The facility failed to properly admit the Alleged Victim on November 19, 2020 when he/she moved into the facility. The AV went 72 hours without his/her medication as the facility failed to properly admit AV, adding his/her medications to the medication administration record as required by move in. AV did not experience any negative outcome by missing medication, however, the missed medication placed AV at risk for harm. The facility's failures are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse.
