Findings: The facility failed to assess and intervene according to the Alleged Victim's (AV) change of condition following a fall. The failure resulted in AV going over 24 hours without proper medical treatment, and when transferred to the hospital, was diagnosed with a hip fracture, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
