Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive his/her medication as ordered over a long period of time. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) admitted to not giving AV his/her medications over a two year period during his/her employment at the facility and falsifying documentation that he/she did give the medication. AP2 either took or disposed of medication that was intended for AV, which places AV at risk for serious harm. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV serious harm by not receiving his/her medication, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
