Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. On or about November 14, 2020, it was reported that 30 of AV’s Clonazepam were unaccounted for. Prior to November 14, 2020, the facility did not have a system to audit narcotic books. The facility had no documents to show AV’s total remaining quantity count of Hydrocod/APAP daytime doses as of November 14, 2020. The facility failed to properly secure or store medication, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
