- Findings
- The facility failed to provide basic care and services necessary to maintain Alleged Victim's (AV) health and safety by failing to give AV's blood sugar medication as ordered resulting in AV being transported to hospital for treatment. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system for AV is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
