Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. On or about July 11th and 12th, 2020, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) signed AV’s narcotic medication out on the narcotic tracking sheet but did not sign the electronic medication administration record (eMAR). There are at least two tablets that are unaccounted for. AP2 and the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
