Findings: Witness 1 (W1) has a known history of inappropriate behaviors which has resulted in resident to resident altercations. On or about December 21, 2020, W1 attempted to move Alleged Victim (AV) against his/her will while AV was sitting in his/her wheelchair which resulted in AV shouting out and W1 than hitting AV on his/her hands. The facility failed to provide adequate supervision of W1 which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02325 $375.00 fine assessed
