Findings: On or about December 7, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found with two bruises on his/her right arm. The facility determined that the bruises were from staff holding on to AV's arm while assisting him/her rather than linking an arm under his/her arm to assist him/her. The facility retrained staff on this process. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02110 $250.00 fine assessed
