Findings: On or about December 30, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) was admitted to the facility on comfort care. AV was to have scheduled and as needed comfort medications. The facility failed to provide these medications to AV as needed, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
