Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. On or about August 18, 2020, AV and a facility staff member attended a phone medical appointment in which some of AV’s medications were changed as well as a new as needed medication was added. AV’s schedule medications were updated on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) on or about August 26, 2020, but the as needed medication was not added and not made available to AV when he/she asked for it. The facility failed to administer AV’s ordered medication, which is a violation of rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
