Findings: On or about February 20, 2021, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) medication as ordered which resulted in AV feeling sick and unable to eat. AP2's action is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide AV with a safe medication administration which is a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02603 $500.00 fine assessed
