Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV is care planned to be checked every 4 hours for incontinence and position change. On or about March 02, 2021, AV was found to have incontinence episode that left his/her bedding, undergarments, and clothing soaked in urine, causing unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident’s rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP21-03037 $500.00 fine assessed
