Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) passed away on March 2, 2021. At the time of AV's passing, his/her watch was not to be found at the facility. The facility didn't complete an inventory of AV's items upon move and did not provide AV with a lock box to store his/her belongings. AV's watch was taken by an unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) and this person is responsible for financial abuse. The facility's failure to provide a safe environment is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
