- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) used Alleged Victim's (AV) debit card without his/her knowledge or consent resulting AP2 stealing $3,761.04 from AV that was verified by AV's bank statements and various surveillance from various locations. AP2's actions is considered financial exploitation. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
